Return, exchange & Refund Policy ?

• We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your BNS wallet and this can be used to on your next order.
• For return of products once the delivery is completed,
  • You will have one opportunity to use the return option of products per invoice
  • You could raise a return request by choosing and adding multiple products/their quantities to be returned with the reason
  • Once approved our delivery executives will be assigned to pick-up the product/products from you
  • Once the products reach us, the value of the return products which will be credited to your BNS wallet and this can be used to on your purchase with us
• For replacement of products once the delivery is completed,
  • You will have one opportunity to use the replacement option of products per invoice
  • You could raise a replacement request by choosing and adding multiple products/their quantities to be returned with the reason
  • Once approved our delivery executives will be assigned to pick-up and deliver the product chosen for replacement
  • Note: we can only replace the same product that you have chosen to replace and this cannot be substituted/exchanged with another product.
• You could view your credit notes (return & replacement invoices in your orders)
• Time Limits:
  • Certain good with low shelf life: No Return or replacement (such as Batter, Bread, etc  )
  • Perishable goods: Within 48 hours from the delivery date
  • Other goods : Within 7 days from the delivery date
