About collection of personal Information and mandatory registration ?

As registration process is mandatory on the website or application, BuyNSave.ing may collect the following information about you: First and last name, email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the consumer agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration only on whatapp and email.

Who is eligible to shop on BuyNSave.ing ?

Services on BuyNSave.ing website or application would be available to only select geographies in India. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site.

Stock availability and pricing ?

Before the order is completed, in case of any changes in price or stock available during your course of ordering, you shall be informed before checkout and for your action to modify the order accordingly

Order cancellation, return and replacement ?

Our customers can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time (i.e, until the order is confirmed. If the order is confirmed, request you to please contact the customer care for any such request, which depending on the status of the order flow our advisors shall advice you the probable solution.

Any fraudulent transaction by a customer or any action against our policies or T&C, we at our sole discretion will cancel your order and you shall me listed under a list which shall not allow you to order with you there after

We have a "no questions asked return and replacement policy" which allows our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your BNS wallet and this can be used to on your next order (in case of replacement: a fresher, same product shall be delivered and reaplced with the one you hold which is listed on the invoice)

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

Any dispute of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator and the arbitration shall be held in Bangalore.
